Product Description

Z1 Motorsports has assembled the ultimate supercharger kit for your 350Z/G35. Having installed and tuned numerous Vortech Supercharger kits on the VQ platform, we have gained the necessary knowledge and experience for developing our own complete turn-key kit which we feel offers the best in quality, performance, and reliability while saving over $500 if purchasing the parts individually.

This comprehensive kit includes the following:

Z1 recommends the use of an upgraded oil cooler with this kit. An optional Z1 25-Row thermostatic kit is available below. A complete list of oil cooler options can be found HERE. We also offer upgraded radiators for better cooling with this kit which can be found HERE.

Please select the appropriate engine type. If you are unsure which engine you have in your vehicle please include your VIN when placing your order.

The included startup map is to be used for bleeding cooling system and driving to the dyno. This map will have a 4000RPM rev limiter to prevent failure prior to tuning. A completed dyno tune IS REQUIRED before the car can be operated under normal conditions.

Questions our customers have asked

For a G35, does this mount the intercooler right in the center of the bumper (aka where there isn't an opening)?
Yes, it places the intercooler in the center. Usually people upgrade the fascia to one that is open on the bottom like the Karuma (Link)

First of all this review is based on a 350Z Rev-Up engine RHD-Modell! Despite the fact I ordered the kit during the worst time ever, it only took 2.5 months to Australia. The communication with Z1 was flawless. After checking all parts and numbers this is what I figured out: Packaging: - was perfect. Especially for overseas ordering it’s very important to have enough foam to protect every single part. - after sending the custom service my bill the process for pay customs was without any issues although I thought Z1 may wanna put a better description on the outside already + the bill, so I wouldn’t have to do this work. - a vacuum hose (6-8mm) is necessary to connect the bypass valve BUT for whatever reason not included. - brake booster check valve is an additional part which may become required to change BUT the special hose (a pre formed one) is not included. - instructions are okay, photos in black and white makes it hard to see details (like position of the MAF-sensor) lucky there are plenty of YouTube videos online. Installation: Who owns a 350Z knows the engine bays are tight. So I wasn’t surprised about the 1-3mm between a hose and the SC. - There will be a couple touching points to cables to turning parts (which can be caused by the fact that I have a RHD Modell) - also if you have AC you will need to pay attention to one of the AC hose because the intercooler pipe pushes this now too close to the AC-generator. -The intercooler piping was too long on one side (the one where no bracket will be installed) -The bracket for mounting the intercooler wasn’t the right length (but the shape allowed me to hammer it into the right length) - Z1 send me a upgrade trottle body with 75mm which replaces the OEM which only has 70mm inner diameter. Unfortunately they will not provide the right Hose and Clamp for the upgrade version. (It took me a bit to make it fit) + plus buying a 4’ clamp. Overall it’s possible to install the kit pretty much in 12 hours. I expected a much smoother install due to the fact it’s advertised as a “bolt on” solution. I did a tons of research before I bought the kit and never read anything regarding issues during the installing. Maybe the Rev-Ups are different and plus the fact that I installed it on a RHD didn’t make it easier. Side note: Z1 wants to provide a base map to this kit, so you can drive it to the tuner, but unfortunately their tuner guy seems to be flat out so he wasn’t able to send me a tune within 1,5 weeks which now will cost me more money to get my car to the shop. Excuse some terminology which may are wrong. I am not a English native speaker.
