CSF is absolutely the “go to” source for replacement and upgrade radiators! Their unit was packaged properly and well protected. It fit without any major issues.
Two CRITICISMS preventing 5 stars:
* First, the lower mounts for the fan shroud were slightly oversized. This resulted in the shroud being loose and would have vibrated horribly. Thankfully I identified this problem immediately and my solution was to cut an extra piece of hose to fit the opening of the mount, crammed it into the gap, then zip tied the excess to the shroud; hopefully ensuring they do not fall out.
*Second, CSF ships the radiator with a pressure relief cap instead of a non-pressurized cap like it is supposed to have for Nissan trucks. So unless you already purchased the Z1 replacements or were paying attention, it’s not something that someone might notice. I do believe this is a problem, selling a radiator specific for a vehicle(s) but failing to include the proper cap for it. This means buyers cannot use the radiator as it comes.

Super high quality piece that's easy to install. Keeps my vq40de powered frontier cool when paired with my CJD dual electric fan setup, but will work just fine with a stock clutch fan setup as well. If you got SMOD, this is the move!

Upgraded entire cooling system after my heater pipe blew. It would’ve been nice if it came with the proper cap as I had to modify the OEM to fit correctly.

With my cooling system being overhauled due to a leaky factory radiator. I went with the CSF unit. Couldn't be more pleased with the fit and looks of it. Definitely too nice to be on my rig. But I love it. Fast shipping and excellent packaging.

Radiator is fantastic quality. It went in nicely in a 2007, just take your time during removal of old radiator and install. You will need to keep the OEM radiator cap, especially if you have rear heating. I had to adjust the tabs on it to fit the thicker aluminum neck on the CSF radiator. Also make sure you remove the side supports from the old radiator first before lifting out. Also helps to place cardboard or wood board protector on A/C condenser before removal and install of radiator. One last point, I bought this radiator to mitigate the defective Nissan transmission cooler issue (screw-up), my old radiator wasn't leaking yet, but was approaching the time/miles to start and why take a chance, Z1Offroad and CSF don't prove me wrong on this one.
