OEM Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Catalytic Converter for 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD models equipped with the CEV8D1 engine. 

The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) within this Cat traps particulates like ash and soot that form from burning diesel fuel. Over time, the catalytic converters may clog up due to the build up of carbon deposits, and this will cause the internal honeycomb filter to heat up and possibly melt or deform. A vehicle without properly functioning catalytic converters will not pass an emissions test if your city/county requires this government vehicle inspection. These are DPF Catalytic Converters, sold without gaskets.
