Product Description
Frontier, Pathfinder, and Xterra valve covers and gaskets package. This kit contains both valve covers and gaskets.
Fits all Frontier's, Pathfinder's, and Xterra's with the VQ40DE (4.0L V6) engine. These normally need to be replaced when oil is found in the spark plug recesses as the gaskets for those recesses are not replaceable. Includes new OEM PCV valve.

In 220,000 miles I've had to replace these once on my truck. The first time (at 165k) I just replaced the gaskets but I highly recommend replacing the entire covers if you have the cash because eventually the spark plug tube gaskets will start leaking oil and you risk ruining your plugs and coil packs when the tube fills with oil, this also isn't great for your cats either.

This OEM valve cover and gasket kit could not be better quality. The extra money spent on these was well worth it! The gaskets fit perfectly into the channels and the valve covers were a perfect fit on my 2005 Xterra.

Straightforward installation. Parts fit correctly without issue and now I have no more valve cover leaks! Also, I’m a huge fan of these valve covers coming with a new PCV valve. Mine was way overdue for a change.

Only needed to replace 1 cover on my 2011 X, but figured i would do some preventative maintenance. Fit great. Tedious labor to put it on but thats Nissans fault, not Z1. Hopefully i never have to replace these again, but if i do ill buy from Z1 again.

OEM product. My only complaint as that the passenger side as on national backorder and I had to source an aftermarket cover elsewhere. Web site should have reflected that BOTH covers were not in stock. That said, Z1 promptly refunded the money for the backordered item without any hassle. The gaskets were sent for both sides and were OEM as well. Overall - no complaints other than the backordered product.
